Jim is 47 years old and is a resident of the Churchville section of Northampton Township where he resides with his wife Debby and 5 sons ages 6 through 17.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with Finance major.  He is an incumbent School Board Director having served 4 years and a Sr. VP with Firstrust Bank.

Effective results oriented senior financial executive with substantial credentials in all aspects of banking including retail, operations, marketing, human resources, and corporate affairs in addition to traditional Chief Operations Officer responsibilities. Particularly adept at straight forward communication, capturing the essence of complex subjects and getting the job done right the first time. Expertise in branch expansion and administration, product development, new business development, corporate project leadership, cost control, and staff development. Known for innovative approaches, communication skills and a clear vision of the future and the decisiveness, organizational skills and leadership to realize it.

One of the nations most profitable community banks with assets in excess of $2 billion. Experts at cost containment, asset/liability management and controlled profitable growth. Superior results in return on equity (18%)/assets (1.89%) and efficiency ratio at 39%. Excellent product development and implementation, solid underwriting record, client satisfaction driven, demonstrated abilities to react to changes in the environment, effectiveness of human resources, technology and capital.

Senior Vice President

Responsible for all functions and activities of Community Banking. Set policy and example for 200 financial employees in 30 departments/branch offices. Serve on senior staff committee in all aspects of strategic planning, operations, sales and marketing management, client relations and corporate administration.
